The Client:

Multi-story commercial office building undergoing a modern architectural renovation in the Liverpool CBD.

The Challenge:

The client needed to replace outdated, visually unappealing timber frames with modern, secure glazing. Because the building is located on a busy main road, standard glass would not meet the acoustic requirements needed for a quiet office environment. Furthermore, the installation had to be completed outside of business hours to minimize disruption to ground-floor retail tenants.

The Topway Solution:

• Product Used: Series 100 Commercial Framing System with heavy-duty aluminium sliding doors.

• Acoustic Upgrade: Installed 10.38mm laminated acoustic glass to drastically reduce street noise and improve thermal efficiency (BASIX compliant).

• Execution: Our Smeaton Grange team custom-manufactured the frames off-site and executed a rapid weekend installation, ensuring zero downtime for the client's business.
